At Line&Case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. We do not accept change of mind returns. 

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@lineandcase with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your location and financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. Please contact us if you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
