We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
All items are made to order, and delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, customs, or factors outside our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

All products that have not been delivered within 45 business days are eligible for full refund or reshipment. 

We offer our customers a security of 45 business days. If in the worst case scenario, your order does not arrive after a wait of 45 business days, we will refund or reship your order. 

We do not process refunds because your parcel did not arrive before a specific desired date or Holiday. 

We do not refund for any attempted delivery that was made to customers and the customer was not home and the customer did not make any attempt to collect the item from the delivery depot.
